BEDFORD SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 124
Monroe hosted their first home meet of the season against Bedford last night, and lost 59 - 124. Despite starting races without blocks, several kids had best times from both teams. We are very thankful Bedford was willing to race us at home!!
Stand-out performances came from Sophia Smith (2nd in the 200 IM & 1st in the 100 Free), Nicole Rykse (3rd in the 200 Free & 2nd in the 500 Free), & Delani Willey (2nd in the 50 Free & 3rd int he 100 Back). Abby Dieckmann, Phoebe Lietaert, & Katie Murphy also swam well.
The Trojans take the pool in Milan tomorrow at the Monroe County Meet. GO TROJANS
