SALINE HIGH SCHOOL: 149.00
The Trojan Swim & Dive team continued to improve this week against the Hornets. Sophomore Katie Murphy had a great swim in th 500 free, bettering her lifetime best by over 18 seconds! Monroe finished in 2nd place in the 200 free relay team of Natalie Synowiec, Delani Willey, Lauren Lahna, & Nicole Rykse. Monroe lost to Saline 32 to 149. "Last year, Monroe posted 20 points against Saline. Our goal going into this meet was simply to beat that score. Thanks to some standout performances, and our awesome group of diving girls, we were able to accomplish that. I'm looking forward to another fun meet this weekend." Coach Dowen
Monroe Divers compete tonight for the SMISL relay meet, and swimmers hit the deck in Dundee tomorrow morning. Go Monroe.
