We are having an end of season summer banquet to give out awards together with the girls team as one big happy family.

It will be at Sterling State Park (Heron Shelter at the north end of the beach) Thursday June 20th.

Coaches will be there at 4:00, so come early if you want. Bring frisbees, volleyball, swimsuit, towels, etc. We will hand out awards at 5:00 with food afterward.

We will provide pizza, but we would encourage others to bring something to share as well. Suggestions:

freshmen bring a side dish

sophomores bring drinks

juniors bring desserts

seniors bring chips/munchies/etc.

Monday 5/20 - Practice 2:30-4:00.

Uniform turn in for all non-freshman.

Tuesday 5/21 - Practice 2:30-4:00.

Wednesday 5/22 - Practice 2:30-4:00

Thursday 5/23 - Beck Invite @ Dundee - all freshmen compete - bus leaves at 2:30.

Friday 5/24 - Uniform turn in for anyone who has not turned in their uniform.

Week of 5/13-5/19

Monday 5/13 - Practice 2:30-5:00.

Tuesday 5/14 - Practice 2:30-5:00.

Wednesday 5/15 - ½ day of school.

Select Regional competitors: practice after school.

Eagle Invite at Skyline - bus leaves at 2:00. Entries.

Thursday 5/16 - Practice 2:30-5:00.

Uniform turn in for non-freshman, non-regional competitors.

Friday 5/17 - Regional Meet @ Saline. Entries.

You will be dismissed after 6th hour. The bus will leave ASAP - by 10:20.

No practice for those not competing at regionals.

Saturday 5/18 - Prom

Monday 5/6 - Practice 2:30-5:00. We will recap the meet from Saturday.

Tuesday 5/7 - Practice 2:30-5:00.

Wednesday 5/8 - Practice 2:30-5:00.

Thursday 5/9 - Practice 2:30-5:00. We will go over the lineups and all details for the SEC Championship meets Friday and Saturday. Remember, we are hosting. Everyone on the team, whether you are competing or not, is expected to be there. If you are not competing, you will be helping in some way.

Friday 5/10 - SEC Championships at Monroe.

Saturday 5/11 - Mason Invite @ Erie Mason High School. No bus. If you are competing in field events, be there by 8:00 AM. If you are competing only in running events, be there by 9:30 AM.

This upcoming week will be busy, so everyone has to know exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there, and what they need to do.

Monday 4/22 - Practice will end at 4:15 because of the Middle School's first home meet. If you need NHS service hours, stick around to help out. Practice will be typical pre-meet work - relay exchanges, field events, and the like. I will go over the lineup, but it is also available on athletic.net.

Tuesday 4/23 - Dual meet against Pioneer. Everyone stays until the meet is over, cleanup is done, and any news and announcements have been made.

Wednesday 4/24 - Practice 2:30-5:00. I will not be here Wednesday through Saturday. Coaches Mydloski, Scoles, and Wood will be in charge. Listen to the captains. Lead by example.

Thursday 4/25 - Practice 2:30-5:00.

Friday 4/26 - Practice 2:30-5:00. Lineups for the meets Saturday will be gone over.

Saturday 4/27 - JV 9th and 10th graders will be at Jefferson. There is no bus, so you will have to get yourself there by 8:30 if you compete in field events which start at 9:30, or 10:30 for track events which begin at 12:00.

Varsity will be competing at the Crestwood Charger Invite. The bus will leave at 6:30 am from the track.
