8/5-8/11 - Camp Week. No conditioning for those not at camp. You are still expected to run on your own. Run 45-60 minutes each day, take Sunday off. Remember that beginning Monday August 12, practice is mandatory. Practice will remain at Munson Park from 9-11 am, Monday-Friday.
