Monday 10/28 - Practice 2:45-5. 30-40 minutes. State qualifiers: 6x300.

 

Tuesday 10/29 - Post-A-PR Invite @ Huron Meadows Metropark. Dismissal at 12:00. Bus leaves at 12:15. First race is at 3:00. State qualifiers: 35-40 minutes.

 

Wednesday 10/30 - Practice 2:45-5 at MHS track for uniform turn in. State qualifiers: 6x200.

 

Thursday 10/31 - Practice 3:00-4:30. 35-40 minutes.

Wednesday 9/25 - ½ day of school. Practice 3-5 at Munson. 40-65 minutes or 6 mile progression.

8/5-8/11 - Camp Week. No conditioning for those not at camp. You are still expected to run on your own. Run 45-60 minutes each day, take Sunday off. Remember that beginning Monday August 12, practice is mandatory. Practice will remain at Munson Park from 9-11 am, Monday-Friday.
