Win: 12 - 2
The JV Trojan Baseball team continued its winning ways with a 12-2 victory over Ann Arbor Skyline and they have now won 9 in a row at they improved their overall record to 11-17-1 overall. Isaac Lentz pitched a complete game to earn the victory for the the Trojans. The hitting was led by Nathan Atwood and Isaac Lentz who had two hits each and Lentz also had 3 RBI's as well. The Trojan Reserves finished the season on a strong note and should help secure many more victories in the Varsity Baseball scene.

The JV Baseball team continued their winning ways with a 5-2 victory on Monday at home vs. Ann Arbor Skyline. Devin Brossia pitched a complete game and struck out 7 in the contest. The JV Trojans did not make a single error in this game. The Trojans improved to 9-17-1 overall.

Win: 7 - 6
hayden McIntosh was the hero of the game by laying down a perfect suicide sqeeze to plate the game winning run in the bottom of the 8th inning. The JV Trojans improved to 10-17-1 overall. Jax Jones pitched 6 innings and struck out 7 in the game. Garrett Gottschalk pitched well in relief and earned the win. Three Trojans had two hits each to pace the offense, they were Cody Snead,Jax Jones, and Isaac Lentz. The Trojan JV will travel to Ann Arbor Skyline on Wednesday and play their last game of the year at 430 pm.

The JV Trojans were handcuffed by the time limit in their second game at Riverview. The Trojans got to within in out of winning the game outright. The Trojans are now 8-17-1 overall. Garrett Gottschalk and Hayden McIntosh were the only Trojans with multiple hits in the game with 2 each.

The JV Trojans won their 6th game in a row with an 11-0 mercy rule win at Riverview. Devin Brossia led the pitching by pitching 3 scoreless innings for the Trojans.The Trojans had 10 hits in the game and Jacob Harvell and Cosy Snead had two hits a piece. The JV Trojans imroved to 8-17 on the season.

Garrett Gottschalk had the walk off hit in the bottom of the 7th inning to give the Trojans a sweep of the doubleheader on Monday where both games were played at MHS. The Trojans improved to 6-17 on the year and have now won 4 games in a row. The pitching was led by Garrett Gottschalk who threw 5 innings and MHS received some excellent relief pitching from Isaac Lentz, who earned the win as well.
The Hitting was led by Garrett Gottschalk who was 3 hits in 4 at bats and drove in the walk off run. The JV Trojans will travel to Ypsilanti Lincoln for one game on Wednesday as they for the series sweep against Lincoln.

The Trojans trailed the entire game before plating 5 runs in the bottom of the 6th to go ahead.Cody Snead drove in the winning run with a single. Monroe JV sweep S.M.C.C. for two wins on Saturday at MHS. The Trojan JV Baseball Team put together their best performance on Saturday and swept S.M.C.C. 9-8 and 6-0. The Trojan JV team is now 4-17 overall and will play home Monday vs. Ypsilanti Lincoln.
Jax Jones pitched his best game of the season and threw a complete game without giving up an earned run. Monroe score 5 runs in the fifth with RBI's by Nathan Atwood , Garrett Gottschalk and Jacob Harvell. Garrett Gottschalk was the only Trojan with two hits in the game. Garrett stole 3 bases in the game as the Trojans eneded up with 11 stolen bases in the game.

Trojan JV lose again, falling to 2-17 overall. The JV Baseball Team lost to Ann Arbor Pioneer at Pioneer on Wednesday. This was a hard fought game where Jax Jones came in for relief and threw 5 scoreless innings. The Trojans scored 6 times and almost pulled out a comeback in the top of the 7th when a questionable double play call ended the game. The hitting was led by Bryson Lane and Cody Snead who each had two hits each. The JV Trojans will play against SMCC on Saturday at Home. This will be a Doubleheader, with the first game starting at 1100 am.

The JV baseball team dropped the second game on Wednesday vs. Dexter by a score of 6-0. Bryce Lechner pitched very well and the Trojans played well defensively. The hitting was led by Carter Drummonds who was the only Trojan with 2 hits in the game. The Reserves fell to 2-13 on the season. The JV boys will take on Dexter in 2 games on Thursday. The first will be against the Dexter JV and the second will be against the Dexter Freshman Team. Game times are 400 pm and 600pm.

The JV Trojans committed 8 errors and gave up 7 walks and hit 3 batters and yet still battled up until the end. The JV Trojans now hold a 2-11 overall record. In a game a game played at Bedford the Bedford JV was too strong in the hitting department and scored in almost every inning. Bright spots for the JV were Carter Drummonds who was the only player with 2 hits. Garrett Gottschalk delivered a single that drove in 2 RBI's for the Trojans. Technical issues prevented the Team from using GameChanger for this game. The JV travel to Tecumseh for 2 games Saturday with an 1100 am start time.

The Trojan JV Team raced out to a 1-0 lead and would increase the number to 3-0 before allowing a run in the Top of the 7th before shutting Bedford down with a final score of 3-1. Devin Brossia was brilliant on the mound and after stranding a runner at third in the first inning he would not give up a earned run the rest of the way. Devin struck out 9 and pitched a complete game. Devin was the winning pitcher. Carter Drummonds had an RBI after walking in a run. Devin Brossia gave up just 2 hits the entire game. Monroe JV is now 2-9 on the season.

Garrett Gottschalk was 3-3 with 2 singles and a double. Jax's Jones was 2-3 with 2 doubles. Nathan Atwood had 2 singles as well to pace the offense. The Trojans fell to 1-8 on the year and travel to Ann Arbor Huron to play them at 4:30 p.m. today.

The JV Baseball team has struggled out of the gate this year. The struggles continued with 5 run first inning by Saline. The wind was gusting close to 40 mph at times on the Trojans home field. The Trojans ended up losing by a score of 12-1. Bryce Lechner and Cooper Robinson each had a hits as the slumping Trojans manged only 2 hits on the night. The Trojans fell to 0-5 on the season and will travel to Wyandotte on Saturday for a Doubleheader.
