ST. MARY CATHOLIC CENTRAL: 0
Monroe JV sweep S.M.C.C. for two wins on Saturday at MHS. The Trojan JV Baseball Team put together their best performance on Saturday and swept S.M.C.C. 9-8 and 6-0. The Trojan JV team is now 4-17 overall and will play home Monday vs. Ypsilanti Lincoln.
Jax Jones pitched his best game of the season and threw a complete game without giving up an earned run. Monroe score 5 runs in the fifth with RBI's by Nathan Atwood , Garrett Gottschalk and Jacob Harvell. Garrett Gottschalk was the only Trojan with two hits in the game. Garrett stole 3 bases in the game as the Trojans eneded up with 11 stolen bases in the game.
