Monroe loss both games Wednesday, 5/5/21, to Lincoln MS 7/8, 7-2 and 6-5. Monroe faced two strong 8th grade pitchers and held their own, but had a few too many errors defensively.

A. Chapman had a big day going 4 for 6, with 4 RBI's and a HR. A. Lewis had 2 doubles. Z. Richard hit a triple in game 1. O. McMahon was 2 for 4 and pitched strong for 9 K's. B. Kiker and A. Dieckmann had a hit. A. Fulner pitched a good game. The team had good plate discipline in game 2 creating 8 base on ball.
