Monroe Trojans won both games at Grosse lle. 18-0 and 20-4.
The best defense the Trojans have played thus far. Game one the Trojans won 18-0 on strong pitching by Olivia McMahon 3IP,1H, 1BB, 6K's. Strong team defense led by SS Ava Chapman. The whole team contributed offensively for this game. Aly Lewis led the team with 4 RBI's.
Game 2 the Trojans won 20-4. Strong pitching by Allisun Fulner 4IP, 4ER, 6K's. Strong defense was the key here with only two error's on the day. The whole team contributed at the plate. Riley Brock continues to get on base, leading the team with two more HBP. Haley Overton was clutch at the plate with runners on base, driving in 5 with 3hits.
