TECUMSEH MIDDLE SCHOOL: 42
The Monroe 8th grade Red dipped to 1-3 on the season in a tough battle against a very good Tecumseh team 42-30 last night at Navarre field. Ronnie Roberts & Logan Loveland each had big nights on the ground, rushing for over 100 yards. Roberts scored three touchdowns, while Loveland added one. Successful two point conversion tries were made by Loveland (rushing), Buddy Snodgrass (rushing), and Angel Rincon (pass from Snodgrass). Lukas Johnson led all Trojan receivers will a 42 yard catch from Rincon. Defensive leaders for Monroe were Loveland, Corey Sparks, and Adam Nabozny. Next week the Trojans have a bye and will resume play Tuesday 10/15 when they take on Saline at Navarre Field. Kickoff is schedule for 5:30pm
