We came out ready to play against Jefferson at the Ida Invitational on Saturday. We won this game 10-1. Claire Riddle, Jaylynn Struth, and Libby Kelley went 3 for 4 in this game.

The next game we played was against Airport. We won this game 19-3. We played very well overall.

In our last pool play game we played Flat Rock. This game was a nail biter. We went into the 8th inning tied 7-7. We used internationl tie breaker to put a runner on second. Flat Rock scored a run to give them the lead 7-8.Then it was our turn to hit. With a runner on second, Kallie Trouten hit a double to score her and tie the game 8-8. Then Libby Kelley was up to bat and hit another double to win the game 9-8.

In the championship game we played Ida. We made it to the 5th inning tied 1-1 when the game was canceled due to weather. We go back this Wednesday to finish the game that was started on Saturday.
