Girls Varsity Track vs. Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor Huron

In a tri-meet held at Ann Arbor Huron, the Monroe girl's track team split the two meets: winning vs. Ypsilanti 92-26, and losing to Huron 64-71. The girls competed well, as a team having 28 new personal records, and 10 new season bests. Winners of events on the day were: Meredith Soule (200m), Viktoria Bloniarz (1600m), Kamryn Bice (discus and shot put). Kamryn Bice also set a new school record in the Shot Put with a distance of 39'1".
The girls are off this weekend, and host Bedford next Tuesday (May 4).
