Girls Varsity Track @ EMU Huron Relays

In early season indoor action, the girl's track team competed against 35 other schools at EMU at the Huron Relays. This meet is really like a "scrimmage" to see where we are at a mere 2 weeks into practicing. A young squad competed well, but the "rust" of the off-season was apparent.
Notable performances included senior Maggie Pasko throwing shot put 30' 9.5", freshman Kamryn Bice throwing 31'6" to finish 8th, and junior Morgan Kaminski long jumping 15'8.5" to finish 5th and get a medal.
The next competition will be a dual meet vs. Ann Arbor Huron on April 9th @ home.
