LINCOLN PARK HIGH SCHOOL: 0
Monroe High won the 31st orange and blue classic this past Saturday scoring 207 points. Wyandotte was running up scoring 183 points. It was a great day for Monroe wrestling, we wrestled great all day long and the kids were very excited to win the tournament. We were lead by a trio of champions 125 Julian Somers, 145 Logan Gonzales and 285 Garrett Doederlein. Taking 2nd was 112 Nathan Puccetti. 3rd placer finishers were 119 Cael Head, 152 Justin Haynes, 160 Dom Cusumano and 189 Ethan Hoffner. Taking 4th was Luke McCollum, taking 5th was Jayston Dye. Senior Dom Cusumano won his 100th career match on Saturday, winning 100 matches in a career is an amazing accomplishment.
