Monroe boys cross country placed 2nd in the Division 1 race at the Jefferson Invite Saturday. Luke Butler was the individual champion. Other medalists for Monroe were Nick Parran (11th), Alex Apetroaei (17th), and Gabe Sweat (27th). Dan Rhoades also ran a personal best time. The Trojans host their next meet, the SEC Jamboree on Tuesday September 28th.
