In unfavorable cold weather, and right after spring break, the MHS girl's had a very nice showing in a win at Ann Arbor Huron. 

Notable results from the day included Morgan Kaminski winning three events (high jump, long jump, 400m) and placing 2nd in the 200m.  Taylor Krupinski won two events (100m Hurdles and 300m Hurdles) as well as placing 2nd in the long jump.  Maggie Pasko placed in both of her two events, winning the Shot Put (season best 31'3") and placing 2nd in the discus (80'). 

However, the real 'workhorses' of the day were KC Thornton and Ella Foshag: both of them ran all four distance events (4x800m, 800m, 1600m, and 3200m) on the day to help propel the Trojans to victory.  Ella was 3rd in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m, and teamed with McKenzie Kane, Cheyenne Bolton, and KC Thornton to win the 4x800m relay.  KC won all four of her events on the day by comfortable margins.

Despite the poor conditions, the girls posted 20 new PR (personal records) on the day!
