On Wednesday at Vince Rossi Field, the Trojans scored 10 runs in the bottom of the first inning on their way to a 15-0 win over Jackson. Natalie Kelley led the Monroe offense with a 2-run triple, and drove in 3 runs on the day. Avery Collett and Ava Proffitt combined to pitch a 3-inning no-hitter.
Monroe's record on the season is 6-8, and 4-5 in SEC play.
