SALINE HIGH SCHOOL: 4
The Monroe boys JV team came out much stronger for their second outing of the season and first home game. A strong defensive performance for the entire team, the Trojans made it very hard on Saline the entire game. Caleb Blackwell received a ball in the midfield and took it through traffic to place a shot low and in the corner just out of reach of the Saline keeper. A great first goal for the Trojans this season. The boys will look to take the momentum from a good performance against a strong opponent into the rest of the season.
