The Monroe JV football team started their season 1-0 this week with a 24-6 victory over Dearborn Heights Creswood. Grady Brooks, Tavin Parkhurst, and Landin Turner-Pomeroy all had rushing touchdowns, while Turner-Pomeroy, Mason Goltowski, and Torran Simmons had rushing two point conversions. The entire defensive line logged a strong performance and Marquis Wilkerson had an interception.
