Monroe bounced back in a big way Friday with a 39-7 win over Ann Arbor Skyline. Noah Beaudrie, Lucas Ellis, Joe Schnorberger, Paul Brown, Armando Flores and Hayes Brooks paved the way for 487 rushing yards. Jared Banks led the way with 257 yards with Maleik Linton chipping in 74 and Jalen Johnson 70. Banks scored 4 times, Johnson once, and Wyatt Head added his first varsity TD. The defense was just as exceptional with Jace Clark making 3 QB sacks. Johnson recovered a fumble and Hayes Brooks, Anthony Harris, Cole Sulfaro, Brown, Cody Scsvanicki, Linton, D'ron Huggins, Lance Theisen and Cross Jacobs helped the defense hold Skyline to 135 total yards.
