BEDFORD SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 10
#5 Ranked Bedford (13-1; 5-1 SEC Red) jumped out to an early 6-0 lead in the top of the first and cruised to a 10-1 victory over Monroe (8-7; 6-1 SEC Red). Caleb WInkelman took the loss for Monroe.
Offensively, Ashton Elmer had an excellent showing, going 2-3 with a Double and run scored.
Monroe continues SEC Red play tomorrow at Ann Arbor Pioneer.
