The Monroe Trojans Varsity team did not drop a set all day at the Crosswell-Lexington Invitational! During the second set of the semi-finals they had a small hick-up to a scrappy Harbor Beach High School and found themselves down 17-22. With a few smart and scrappy plays of their own, the Trojans were able to recover with a score of 26-24 and move on to the Finals where they would face a tough opponent in Port Huron North. 

The first set got very close, but the Trojans were able to edge out PHN with a score of 25-23. In the second set they would go on a strong service run and found themselves up 17-4 at one point. The Trojans would go on to win with a score of 25-14.
