Practice Week 12

Week of 11/1-11/7

11/1 - 30-35 minutes OR 6x400T. Practice Monday will be from 4-6 at Munson.

11/2 - Post-A-PR meet at Huron Meadows Metropark. Dismissal at 11:40. Bus leaves from the track at 12:00.

11/3 - 30 minutes + 5x200

11/4 - 30-35 minutes

11/5 - 30-35 minutes. Practice for state finals qualifiers will be at MIS for course preview. Details to follow.

11/6 - MHSAA state finals. Bus leaves from the track at 11:00. Girls Division 1 at 2:10, boys at 3:30.

10/30 - Regional meet at Lake Erie Metropark. Bus leaves from the track at 9:00 am. Girls varsity at 11:00, boys varsity at 11:45, girls JV at 12:45, boys JV at 1:30.

Practice Week 10

Week of 10/18-10/24

10/18 - 40-45 minutes

10/19 - 6-8x600 interval

10/20 - 40-45 minutes. The middle school is hosting a jamboree this day. All MHS athletes are expected to help.

10/21 - SEC Championship meet at Hudson Mills Metropark. Bus leaves from the track at 12:15. Girls varsity race at 2:30, boys varsity at 3:30, girls JV at 4:30, boys JV at 5:10. Awards are at 5:50.

10/22 - 30-35 minutes

10/23 - Airport Invite at Airport HS. All athletes must arrive at Airport HS by 11:00. Girls varsity race at 12:30, boys varsity at 1:00, combined JV at 1:30, awards at 2:00.

10/24 - 30-40 minutes

10/13 - 40-45 minutes. There will be a meeting for all Dave Bork Classic parent volunteers/athletes at 6 pm in MHS room C-214.

10/14 - 12x400

10/15 - 30-35 minutes

10/16 - Dave Bork Classic @ Munson Park. All athletes must arrive to the park by 9:00 AM. Girls 9/10 race at 1, boys 9/10 at 1:30, girls 11/12 at 2, and boys 11/12 at 2:30.

10/17 - 30-40 minutes

9/27 - 40-50 minutes

10/2 - Coaching Legends Classic at Huron Meadows Metropark. Girls varsity at 12:20, boys varsity at 12:45, girls JV at 1:10, and boys JV at 1:40. Bus leaves from the track at 9:30.

Practice will be at the MHS track on Tuesday 9/21 only. We are at Munson Park all other days.

9/20 - 50-65 minutes

9/21 - 4-6x1000 interval OR Climbing the Ladder. On the track.

9/22 - 50-60 minutes

9/23 - 12x400 interval, 1' jog rest

9/24 - 30-40 minutes

9/25 - Jefferson Invite at Sterling State Park. Girls varsity at 10:00, boys varsity at 11:00, girls JV at 12:00, boys JV at 12:30. All boys please be at Sterling State Park by 9:00 AM.

9/26 - 75 minutes OR off
