MCBRIDE MIDDLE SCHOOL: 3
Monroe 7th grade softball team split a doubleheader with McBride Middle School. Haylie Howard sparked the offense with a perfect leadoff bunt in the 3rd inning. The Trojans scored 3 runs that inning to take the lead for good. Avery Collett struck out 6 hitters. She was also 2-2 with a double. Ellie Marchese play spectacular defense at 2nd base.
