Monroe impressive in 38-6 win

The Trojans started the season with a 38-6 win over Beach Middle School. Amir Oliver rushed for 78 yards and 2 touchdowns. Hayden Fry rushed for 138 yards and 2 touchdowns. Teegan Simmons had 87 yards rushing and a touchdown. Darius Sewell rounded out the scoring with 47 yards rushing and a touchdown. The defense was outstanding and was led by Dominic Gomez. Gomez also blocked a punt which was recovered by Bryce Lechnor.
