Boys Freshman Football vs. Saline HS School

SALINE HIGH SCHOOL: 8

The Freshman rolled over Saline 26-8. They were Led by Dinato Gandara who rushed 20 times for 181 yards. Dinato had 4 Touchdowns and one 2 point conversion as well. Logan Loveland rushed for 100 yards on 8 carries. The offensive line blocked very well in the second half as Monroe ran away from Saline.
The score was 8-6 at halftime with Saline holding a slim lead. The Defense was outstanding in the second half by shutting down Saline's offense. Defensively the Trojans were led by Adam Nabozny, Corey Sparks, and Michael Burns, who also had an interception. The Freshman Trojans are now 3-0 on the year. The Trojans will play Ann Arbor Pioneer this Thursday at Bill Bunkelman Field @ 4:30 p.m..
