WYANDOTTE ROOSEVELT HIGH SCHOOL: 20
The freshman Football team came out flat in the first half and were down 20-0 at halftime. The second half was much better and Monroe got on the board with a 21 yard TD pass from Cole McElvany. Cole also tossed a 2 point conversion pass to Nasir Gray. Monroe closed the gap with a 38 yard TD pass from Cole McElvany to Nasir Gray and with about a minute to go the onsides kick was recovered by Wyandotte with the score 20-14. The defense was led by Jaxson Ferguson who had his first Interception of the year. Next the Trojan freshman take on Bedford at 430 on Thursday 9/27/18.
