MHS Swim and Dive finishes second overall at Warrior invite

The Monroe Varsity swim team finished second out of 10 teams at the Warrior Invite last week at Allen Park High School. The Trojans had multiple winners on the day including Gavin Redden, Flo Lenhard, Jackson Taft, and Brandon Dutton. Overall, the team won 8 of 11 events at the meet. The highlight of the day came when Gavin Redden went 22.18 in the 50 Freestyle qualifying for the division 1 state meet at the Holland Aquatic Center. The second place finish was the highest team finish MHS has ever had at this event.
