The lady Trojans faced off with 2nd place Bedford at Forestview Lanes and came away with a 18.5-11.5 victory.  After an unusually slow start, the Trojans faced a 10-0 deficit after dropping both Baker games.  The tough day continued as the team struggled to trail over the first half of the the first team game.  Little by little they fought their way back and got hot at the right time to turn a small 10th frame deficit into a 70 point win, 869-799.  The team was lead by a 202 from Averie Pillette and 198 from Lauren Meagher.

The 2nd game started off close as both teams wanted that victory with Bedford holding a slim 11-8 lead.  Monroe kept a small lead midway through and once again got hot at a good time ripping off 6 straight strikes and 8 of 10 to take a comfortable lead.  They kept the pedal down down and ended up on top of a 961-730 victory to clinch the match. The 1822 series was the highest of the season. 2nd game leaders were Averie Pillette  215, Nevaeh Nenham 214, Gracey Smiley 191, and Nataleigh Eagle 183.  What a team effort!  The ladies clinch their 3rd consecutive SEC Red Conference title with a victory Monday at Saline.
