SALINE HIGH SCHOOL: 5
In today's makeup with Saline due to the fire at Nortel Lanes, Monroe beat Saline 25-5. The Lady Trojans once again started hot with excellent Baker scores of 190-175 to take a 10-0 lead. The regular game started out slow, but the team picked it up in the end to turn a virtually tied game in the 8th frame into a comfortable win, lead by Lauren Meagher's 192.
The 2nd game was was even more exciting as every member of the roster contributed to the victory. The 2nd game high score belonged to Nevaeh Newnham with a nice 174. The Trojans will enjoy the Christmas break until January 6th, when we host our very own Trojan Baker Invitational at Monroe Sports Center. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!
