Evan Earnest struck out 13 Huron batters as he tossed a 3-hitter in Monroe's victory over the Chiefs. He issued only one walk and his Trojan teammates managed 6 timely hits through the snowfall on the crisp Spring evening. Jared Rochowiak collected two hits. Nathan Duvall was a wall behind the plate and threw out the only Huron runner to test his arm. The defense played errorless baseball.
